Baby Songs & Rhymes Registration Form

Please use this form to register your family for our Friday Baby Songs & Rhymes Program.

Dates: Fridays, May 6-27 at 1:30 pm

Please note: These programs will be held in the Children's Library. Parents and/or caregivers will be expected to remain with their children throughout the program.

Due to our limited capacity please consider waiting until the summer if you are unable to attend all four sessions.

Please let us know how many children will be attending with you. We politely request that all children from one household stay together and respect their distance from other families.
This program may be filmed and the video recording uploaded to the Penticton Public Library's social media pages. While the focus of the video will remain on the Library staff member, there may be instances where you or your child will appear on film. No persons will be identified on our social media. By clicking the Submit button, I acknowledge and accept that the Library will be filming the program, and I may or may not appear in the content created with the videos.
I understand that I am registering my family for five Storytime sessions during May 2022. I acknowledge and understand that the Library encourages social distancing and these programs will comply with any current Provincial Mandates or Library Safety Policies.
