Welcome packages will be available for pick up at the Library starting Wednesday, July 2.

This form is separate from our in-person program registration & media release form. To complete an in-person form, please ask for one at one of our Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday programs from 2:00 - 3:30 pm this July & August.

Phone numbers and emails are collected for the purposes of contacting prize winners.
