The Library is located on Main Street directly across from Penticton Secondary School, a short walk south of downtown. There are entrances on Main Street and Martin Street. The main entrance has an accessible automatic door. The western entrance has an accessible ramp but does not have automatic doors.

When placing holds in the catalogue, patrons now have the option to pick up their items at either the library, or the holds locker at The Penticton Community Centre, located at 325 Power Street. Returns are also accepted at this location.

Free parking is available on both the south and western parking lots. The western parking lot is time-limited.
