The Penticton Public Library can help answer your computer and tech questions. Get one-on-one help in our drop-in sessions or book an appointment.
Examples of questions we can help with:
- Getting to know your laptop, smartphone, or tablet
- Emailing and texting family and friends
- Using computer programs like Microsoft Word
- Downloading and using different apps on your phone or tablet
- Searching the internet or the library catalogue
- Accessing the library’s online collection (books, movies and more)
Examples of questions we cannot help with:
- Repairing or troubleshooting computer hardware or mobile devices
- Removing viruses or malware
- Online banking or shopping-related transactions
- Desktop computers or unsupported e-readers
